Quai Ouest

Quai Ouest building is located on a busy road in the so-called Media Triangle (in Paris suburbs), which is highly exposed to traffic noise. In addition, the building had previously no association with this style of architecture. 
Major restructuring and renovation works have been undertaken and the building has now a Saint-Gobain Double Skin Façade with CONTOUR STADIP PROTECT. This way, Quai Ouest is now a part of the modern architectural landscape with its wide façade of 150 meters and also provides better acoustic and thermal comforts for its occupants. High performances which has led to the triple certification : HQE Excellent, BREEAM Very Good and BBC-Energie Renovation.
